You will receive an SMS notification informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Depending on timings and capacities, your order may be scheduled for a different day. However, you can choose express delivery for same day delivery if you place an order before 7 days.
Our vendors have a quality check process in place to ensure quality of the items delivered is up to the mark. Do let us know if you’re not happy with the quality of produce you have received. You cannot return any product after it is used. However you can check the product immediately once it reaches you.
DELIVERY:
We have delivery transportation charges. Our delivery timing 24/7. On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. PRICING:
All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The money will not be refunded after the order & transaction, the product will be replaced if necessary.The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
RETURN & REFUNDS
We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us.
