Extracurricular Schooling Evaluation
Introduction: this contest will enhance students learning and raise awareness of their national and international identity. By the mid of the academic year, all institutes must submit their Action plan or Statement of Intent. The deadline is 3rd July every year.
Aims: As part of our School Award programme, pupils’ cultural development involves:
• Pupils developing the knowledge, respect for their own cultural traditions, skills understanding core Values, qualities and attitudes they need to understand, appreciate and contribute to culture.
• pupils develop a variety of global learning partnerships. Further encourage interest and motivation through the provision of first hand experiences of life in another country
• Pupils challenging stereotypes and becoming well-rounded global citizens.
• Pupils developing an interest in others’ way of doing things and curiosity about differences; with the use of ICT in meaningful contexts for the development of communication skills
• Pupils raise awareness and appreciation of environment issues other than those in our locality through joint projects with global partners. Also encourage greater involvement in environmental issues
• To provide an added opportunity for the promotion of equal opportunities, racial equality, community cohesion and Citizenship
We should recognise that:
• personal development of pupils, spiritually, morally, socially and culturally plays a significant part in their ability to learn and achieve; with the school curriculum for opportunities, responsibilities and expectations in life.

Share the story of any event, impact of reality, problems and solutions.Instead of being dependent to others in resolving problem it is necessary to take integrated steps with self-enterprise through thought and search. What is the problem? What is the reason of the problem? Exactly what for this anxiety is? What is to be done in this regard? What is the decision to be taken regarding your duty in this regard? What is the main hindrance? What is the environmental hindrances? What is the personal hindrances? What is its solution? This makes easy with the opinion, advice, work procedures, to be evaluated more convenient.
What are you interested in? Personal, Social, National, International, Political, Social, Cultural, Economic Militancy, religious, administrative, environment, animal life. Write your problems, demands, wants, needs, choices, wishes, probabilities, comments, feelings, morals, ideas, answers, crisis, conflict, awareness building etc. Summarise your entry in no more than 300 words. You have up to 2,000 words to describe your entry in detail: including the Objectives, Achievements, Benefits, Future Plans, etc. You can add picture & vedio of evidence to support. Inculcate acquaintances. The main target would be determining financial condition and searching the way of change. The local people are to be organized for their economical redemption and the necessary elements are to be collected by individual entrepreneur. Taking opinion with the local leaders, youths, discussion is to be held house to house in villages.

The prize structure is as follows: Recognition of Innovation-3,000/-, Prize for Excellence-2,500/-, First prize- 2,000/-, Second prize- 1,000/-, Third prize- 500/-, Weekly winner- 250/-, Hope that winners not only become role models for their respective communities, but also continue to create teaching programs that are interactive, creative and inspiring. Essays will judged on creativity, clear content, analysis of the subject, use of research and interviews, logical thought process and proper use of language. The awards excellence in designing, developing and planning sustainable social enterprises with a double, and often triple bottom line: financial, social and environmental. Ex: Creating an agro-industrial company for the production of preserved foods and dairy products, or Organic products commercialization. To Promote Industry Innovation. Building Vibrant and Inclusive Financial Sectors. To recognize the entrepreneurial skills who have helped themselves to emerge from below the poverty line, create jobs and add value to society. And support recycling project to go-green and reduce wastage. Finally, we hope the challenging competition would motivate students to learn independently and that correct financial concepts and knowledge would be deeply rooted in our next generation.
WHAT WILL WE DO
To ensure service for community necessity is the task: Ex:-
Adoption and implementation of development schemes in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fisheries, livestock, education, health, cottage industries, communication, irrigation and flood protection with a view to increasing economic and social upliftment of the people.
Development and use of local resources, protection and maintenance of public property, such as roads, bridges, canals, embankments, telephones and electricity lines.
Review of development activities undertaken by different agencies and submission of recommendations in regard to the activities of those agencies.
Conducting census of all kinds, maintenance of hats and bazaars, excavation and maintenance of ponds, excavation and re-excavation of derelict ponds for pisciculture, provision of trees, settlement of local petty disputes, promotion of cottage industries, maintenance information and records.
And verious task like these, etc.
Work criteria- area of involvement is awareness raising on various segmented issues like social, economical, religious, political, also general and administrative. All services provided are customized to the needs through participatory planning and programs designing. All these shall be built upon universal humanistic values.
Programe principles:
Public involvement, creating awareness, bringing financial solvency, identifying problem, direction for solution and providing assistance, formulating programe and extending the same on the basis of uptodate demand, intense monitoring and evaluation, accountability, administrative skill and discipline.
Decision Model: Objectives of an organization, standard of its activities, pinpointing the problems, determining several substitutes, evaluation, implementation and control, feed back, comparison and rectification are the factors.
Decision making process- identification of problem, identification decision criteria, allocation of weight to criteria, development of alternative, analysis of alternative, selection of an alternative, implementation of alternative, evaluation of decision effectiveness.
PRINCIPAL OF FUND RAISING:
When making contact with a potential investors, donor or partner, you should have all the information they will need to know at your fingertips.
Having a well organised proposal in writing will be definite advantage.
Match your ‘story’ to the investors, donor’s interests.
Meet the investors, donor’s needs as you meet your objectives.
Know your potential investors, donor, their interests, their procedures.
Commit to thorough follow-up, evaluation and reporting, gives credibility, enhanced likelihood of future funding grants.
Creation of fund: by subscription, donation, loan, various functions like fair, sports or cultural competition, or various income generating programs such as fisheries or livestock, cultivation of fruits or vegetables, marketing coordination of products and services, pollution & emission control, wastes management, energy from waste, domestic energy generation, energy management, green energy, carbon reduction, water quality, water management, climate change, conservation & wildlife projects, environmental policy, environmental health, heritage (architectural, cultural, etc.), regeneration (land, property, etc.),sustainability, innovation,etc. This needs increase of awareness of the activists, discussion meting, forming team, forming forum, deposit, loan disbarment, increasing and development of skill, socioeconomic empowerment, income generating program, self employment, program implementation, care, inspection and development of standards are necessary.
Conclusion: Development depends on the application of knowledge, information and communication. Promote employment-friendly private investments, sectoral and sub-sectoral activities.

আমরা কি কাজ করবো
সর্বোপরি আমাদের কাজ হল কম্যুনিটির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সেবা দান নিশ্চিত করা: যেমন-
জনগণের আর্থ সামাজিক উন্নয়নে কৃষি, বনায়ন, মৎস্য চাষ, পশু পালন, শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য, কুটির শিল্প যোগাযোগ, সেচ ও বন্যা প্রতিরোধ ইত্যাদি প্রকল্পের মত বিভিন্ন উন্নয়ন পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ ও বাস্তবায়ন।
স্থানীয় সম্পদের মাধ্যমে উন্নয়ন, জনসম্পত্তি রক্ষা ও সংরক্ষণ যেমন- রাস্তাঘাট, ব্রিজ, নালা, বাধ, টেলিফোন ও বিদ্যুৎ লাইন ইত্যাদি।
বিভিন্ন সংস্থা কর্তৃক বাস্তবায়িত উন্নয়ণমূলক কর্মকান্ড পর্যবেক্ষণ ও যাচাই-বাছাই করে প্রয়োজনীয় সুপারিশ প্রণয়ন।
সকল প্রকার পরিসংখ্যান, হাটবাজার, জলাশয় ব্যবস্থাপনা, মাছ চাষের জন্য জলাশয় খনন ও সংরক্ষণ, বৃক্ষরোপণ, কুটির শিল্পের উন্নয়ন, তথ্য ও রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ।
এ ধরণের আরও অন্যান্য কাজ।
কাজের বৈশিষ্ট্য- বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে যেমন সামাজিক, অর্থনৈতিক, ধর্মীয়, রাজনৈতিক, সাধারণ এবং প্রশাসনিক সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করা। অংশগ্রহণমূলক পরিকল্পনা এবং কর্মসূচী বিন্যাসে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সব ধরনের সেবার যোগান। এর সবকিছুই আন্তর্জাতিক মানবিক মূলবোধের উপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত।

তহবিল সংগ্রহে আমাদের নীতিমালা
সম্ভাব্য বিনিয়োগকারী, দাতা বা অংশীদারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা এবং তাদের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্যাদি স্বচ্ছতার সাথে সংরক্ষণ করা।
তাদের নিকট সুবিন্যস্তভাবে লিখিত প্রস্তাব উপস্থাপন করা।
পরিকল্পনাটিকে বিনিয়োগকারী বা অংশীদারের আগ্রহের সাথে মিল করা।
ব্যবসায়িক উদ্দেশ্যের সাথে বিনিয়োগকারী বা দাতার পরিচয় করিয়ে দেয়া।
সম্ভাব্য বিনিয়োগকারী বা দাতা, তাদের আগ্রহ, তাদের প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে জানা।
গভীরভাবে নিয়মিত দেখাশুনা করা, মূল্যায়ন, রিপোর্টিং এবং আস্থাভাজন আচরণের মধ্যে দিয়ে ভবিষতে তহবিল সংগ্রহ বাড়ানো।
