And sometimes it can cause overwhelming anxiety and unnecessary stress that prevents us from living in the moment and building healthy relationships.  It can even get in the way of our own health and happiness. But it doesn’t have to be that way. What if you could turn off the negative chatter in your head that is stopping you from setting and achieving bigger goals? In these courses, we go deep into the core of human potential and how you can tap into your own potential using these proven techniques. To know all the different perspectives of the Divine. How to gain complete control over your mental, emotional, and physical state that will allow you to have more self-control in all areas of your life. And how to achieve enlightenment in your own life. Finding emotional well-being during life’s twists and turns isn’t easy. Accessing care is at best expensive, and at worst completely out of reach. We’re about removing the stigma and barriers that prevent people from strengthening their emotional selves, offering a holistic approach to making every day better. We envision a world in which people think differently about their mental health–where they feel empowered to take a simple step toward self-improvement.

Stress Management: Definition and causes of stress, how stress affects productivity, the body's stress response, symptoms of stress, taking control to become more resilient, making changes in feelings, attitudes and behavior, making changes in lifestyle and habits, techniques to help manage stress.

 

Emotional intelligence: Each member in a team needs to look at behavioral patterns that can be improved with a greater degree of emotional intelligence. And as each team member increases self-awareness and practices EI in daily interactions, the collective EQ of the team improves dramatically.

 

Identity and belonging: Identity and belonging encourages students to explore the concept of social identity, the identities they have, and how the groups they belong to inform those identities. In promoting an appreciation and understanding of global cultures, the theme brings an awareness and respect of diversity.

 

Sustainable living: Teaching young people how to live in harmony with their surroundings will help them become more eco-aware and informed about sustainability. This theme encourages students to think about what causes climate change and how we can be more ecologically and environmentally aware.

 

Conflict Management: Conflict occurs when ideas, beliefs and attitudes clash. In order to resolve, avoid or work through conflict it is essential to understand it. The conflict and peace theme develops skills and attitudes that are essential in a globalised world, where young people will almost certainly need to work and build friendships with people who hold different beliefs. For professionals to increase productivity and improve relations within and between teams. Through behavioral style assessments, interactive discussions, role play and case studies, this workshop focuses on changing the way participants view and handle daily conflict.

 

Fairness and equality: The fairness and equality theme covers topics such as equal opportunities, freedom, and discrimination. These topics should lead to lively discussion around why equality should exist and an exploration of why it doesn’t. The theme encourages attitudes and mind-sets that will be vital for young people who want to shape the world they live in and become positive global citizens.

 

Rights and responsibilities: The rights and responsibilities theme has students engage in discussion on whether human rights can be absolute or conditional, and how we are all responsible for upholding the rights of others. This theme encourages thinking about what it is to live in a society, where rights in one country are different to those in another. We believes that the inclusion of children and young people into the regular education systems of their respective countries is an entitlement and a fundamental human right regardless of their ability, health or medical condition, HIV/AIDS, Consequence of Drug abuse, know about contemporary issues such as Diversity and Tolerance, Culture & Heritage, ethnicity, Gender Equity, socioeconomic background, Environment we live, Governance and Democracy in interactive manner. They will share their experience with others through workshops. And field trips exposure encourage them to raise the inequalities to the experts from the Government office as well as private sector.

 

Critical thinking and problem solving: Help students consider different perspectives, evaluate evidence, and solve non-routine problems. Learn how these skills can be taught and assessed and see practical examples for developing them in the classroom. Its promote self-directed thinking that produces new and innovative ideas and that solves problems. They are also about reflecting critically on learning experiences and processes, and about making effective decisions.

 

Have Fun Every Day: Do the little thing that will make someone else’s day more joyful. When we have fun, we like each other more, are more productive, and are more likely to want to come to work.

Community Vitality:

This measures the activity, strength, and inclusiveness of relationships within the community, that foster individual and collective wellbeing. It also monitors perceptions of safety in one’s community and levels of trust in others, and tracks the increase and/or decrease in the rates of property and violent crime, conflicts, political instability & terrorism. Bring Social security, tolerance, Solidarity, Shared responsibility, Development. Protecting the Vulnerable.

Democratic Engagement (Traditional values versus Secular-rational values):

This measures the interest and participation of citizens in public life and governance with respect of human rights, religious diversity.

Education (Survival values versus Self-expression values):

This literacy and skill includes the ability of children and adults to function in various contexts in order to plan for and adapt to different situations.

Natural and living environment  (Respect for nature):

Use of natural environment with respect to preventing waste and damage while revitalizing the quality and sustainability of all resources. It keeps track of the ecological footprint of population levels of select plant and animal species.

Healthy Populations (Relationships and children, Gender values):

This addresses the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of the population.

Leisure and social interactions (Happiness):

Activity in the broad area involves all forms of human expression, especially in the areas of arts, cultural diversity, equalities and recreational activities.

Living Standards (Employment, income, consumption and material conditions):

The level and distribution of income and wealth, focusing on poverty rates, economic security, income volatility, work-related issues, job quality, productive or main activity and outcomes.

Time Use (Freedom and control): 

It encompasses the length of time people spend in daily activities such as working for pay and commuting and the conditions contributing to the quality of that time, including perceptions of time pressure and availability of employee-determined flexible work hours. This also monitors the time spent providing unpaid care to seniors, encouraging literacy among children, and participation in leisure and volunteer activities, overall experience of life.
